    Payments can be made by credit or debit card, or bank transfer for purchases made over the phone through Client Services.

    Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express and Mastercard.

    The Louis Vuitton website is provided with a SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment details.

    Within the payment page, a "save my credit card" option is available for an easier and faster checkout process on your next visit. For security reasons, Louis Vuitton does not retain any credit card information.

  • Delivery details

    Louis Vuitton only offers delivery in the country where the order has been placed online or by phone.

    Standard Delivery:
    The expected time for standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days following order placement, except for "Mon Monogram" products, which we aim to deliver within 8 weeks of the order being placed. Shipping charges for standard delivery orders are complimentary.
    *For shipments to remote and rural areas including, but not limited to regional Northern Territory, Queensland and Western Australia addresses please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.

    Next Day Delivery:
    If overnight delivery is requested, your order will be prioritised and will arrive the next business day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) from the time you receive email shipping confirmation. Please note overnight orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day. This service is only available to selected postcodes and is not available for Mon Monogram orders.

    Same Business Day Delivery:
    If same business day delivery is requested, your order will be prioritised with expected arrival before 6pm on the same business day (Mon-Fri excluding public holidays) you receive an email shipping confirmation. Please note same business day orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST, or anytime Saturday or Sunday may not be processed until the following business day. This service is presently only available to selected Sydney Metropolitan post codes and is not available for Mon Monogram orders.
    *A special late delivery between 6pm and 8pm is available within selected Sydney metropolitan postcodes by contacting Client Services on 1300 582 827.

    Please note that Overnight and Same Business Day Delivery is not available for Watches and Jewellery products.

    In order to provide you with the best service, please enter carefully your complete and accurate shipping address.
    Town name should be entered in the "City" field and match exactly with the postcode.
    Louis Vuitton will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. In addition, your personalised My LV account will allow you to follow your order status.

    ** Fragrance Returns
    Fragrances are flammable goods and are subject to laws and regulations that regulate their transportation. Please contact our Client Services Team on 1300 582 827 before returning any fragrance to help you with return or exchange of your Louis Vuitton fragrance. All returns and exchanges of fragrances for change of mind must be in their original packaging (white box wrapped in cellophane), unopened and in sealed condition. If you do not return your fragrance purchases in accordance with our instructions you risk your purchases being confiscated by the state, federal and international authorities that govern the safe and legal transportation of fragrances.

    Louis Vuitton products purchased online or by phone can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

    - Hot stamped and Mon Monogram items are final sale and not exchangeable.
    - Watches and Fine Jewellery may be exchanged for another product in the same category. When returning Watches or Fine Jewellery please include the product in its original packaging, instructional leaflet, warranty and product certificates such as COSC and GIA (when applicable), along with the invoice or gift receipt.
    - All returns and exchanges of fragrances for change of mind must be in their original packaging (white box wrapped in cellophane), unopened and in sealed condition within 30 days of original purchase date.     - Your Client Services Advisor will offer you the following shipping options:
    - Receive via email, mail or fax a packing voucher from our logistics carrier, as well as providing you with appropriate contact details that will allow you to arrange pickup with them for shipment back to us. This service is complimentary to you.
    - You may ship your return or exchange via another method of your choice to the below address. However, should you choose not to use our voucher and ship independently, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
    - Upon receipt of your return, and subject to inspection by Quality Services, we will proceed to exchange per your request.

    All exchanges must be in their original packaging and in perfect saleable condition (unused and complete with all labels, leaflets, accessories etc.) and have the original receipt attached.

    Louis Vuitton will do its best to process your exchange as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 30 days.

    Louis Vuitton products purchased online or by phone can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.

    - Hot stamped and "Mon Monogram" items are final sale and not returnable.
    - Watches and Fine Jewellery are not refundable but may be exchanged for another product in the same category.
